personal info (name, postal address, tel/mobile). We don't accept orders
made by phone.

placing your order, you will receive a reply message from us with the
confirmation of the availability of the item and the total amount.

make it easier for the post office to deliver your package during the
day, please give us a working address and your telephone number.
If package gets returned to us we will charge you for shipping again
when we send it out a second time. If you do not wish us to ship a
second time, we will refund you for the cost of the items, but not the
shipping that you paid for the first attempted delivery.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES, DUTIES, TAXES
Your country may charge you additional taxes or duties for foreign goods
that enter the country (for example: in Germany and in Austria
sometimes you will
have to pay about 7,50/9,50 euro when you take the parcel).

are responsible for any customs duties charged by your home country. Please

RETURN
POLICY
IMPORTANT:
Items
must be returned in LIKE NEW condition and in original box. We
do not accept returns on: shoes that have
obviously been used or altered
or worn off the carpet.
These items are no longer considered LIKE
NEW.
Please contact
us before sending
your return back to us.
- If
you return the merchandise for any reason within 30 days in resaleable
condition we will refund your purchase price less postage.
- If
you want exchange the merchandise ‘cause you need a different size or
style, please place another order, then return the item you rejected.
You
